Search, Arrest Conducted at Brownwood Tobacco Shop

On Thursday, December 20, officers with the Brownwood Police Department and Brown County Sheriff's Office executed a search warrant at 507 North Center, Wonderland Tobacco.  

This was the culmination of a seven month investigation led by Brownwood Police Detective Aaron Taylor into the distribution of illegal narcotics in the community.

Inside the business, Officers located a vast quantity of suspected drug paraphernalia as well as a large amount of suspected synthetic cannabinoids. 

Arrested at the scene was 25-year-old Prajjwol Acharya on two counts of Delivery of a Controlled Substance.
