Last-Minute Shoppers Flock to Stores

With just two days until Christmas, dozens of shoppers hit up stores in Abilene to grab last-minute gifts for under the tree.

Target on Ridgemont Dr. was full of people piling up their carts with presents and stocking stuffers on Sunday.

Long-lines and packed parking lots aside, many of the shoppers we spoke with say they knew what they were getting into -- and they don't mind it at all.

"We like the hustle and bustle and the chaos, so we like to save the stocking stuffers until the last minute and do it all together," said Lesley Harcar.

"It doesn't bother me, I love Black Friday shopping and I love the craziness of the season," said another shopper.

Many stores, including Target and the Mall of Abilene, have extended holiday hours continuing through Christmas Eve.
