It should be no surprise the Big Country owned Class A this season. Both the Stamford Bulldogs (#1) in division one and Munday Moguls (#1) in division two, brought home the top ranking after winning state titles in their respective divisions.
The Moguls were also the Harris Ratings team of the year in Class A.
Albany (#6) also finished in the top ten in division one this year, with their only losses of the season coming to Munday. The Goldthwaite Eagles (#10) also stayed in the top ten in division two.
Two other teams stayed in the top ten at the end. The Wylie Bulldogs (#9) rounded out the season in the top ten after losing to Stephenville (#2) in the playoffs. Meanwhile the Eastland Mavericks (#10) also remained in the top ten in Class 2A Division I.
