Man Arrested for Exploiting the Disabled

If you have loved ones in assisted living, it's always a good idea to check their finances.

Here is why: David Wayne Hancock was arrested Thursday and charged with exploitation of a disabled individual.

He admitted to police that he used a client's bank account who was living at a local assisted living facility, and used the money to pay his cell phone bill.

It was the son of the victim who caught the transaction when he was going over his mother's account last October.
