The Federal Trade Commission wants your help to stop robo-calls.

The government agency is offering cash in a new contest that's open to the public.

The winning submission gets $50,000 and a trip to Washington to present the solution.

More than 2,030 proposals are already being considered.

There are still a couple of weeks before the deadline and officials of the federal agency will announce the winner April 15.
