It's not ABC's Dancing With The Stars, but it's close enough.

Next week, the Abilene Civic Center is hosting their version of the dancing competition called Dancing With The Abilene Stars. The goal is to support local organization, Hendrick Home For Children.

Local celebrities are paired up with professional dancers to compete for the ultimate mirror ball prize and several other categories. This is a popular annual event and has completely sold out.

Barbara Dahl of the organization stopped by KTAB 4u Friday to discuss the details. Nevertheless, many supporter of the celebrities can participate by donating a dollar to vote.
