Classes start Jan. 7 and continue until May 3, and participants may register at their first class anytime during the semester.
Evening options include Low Impact Aerobics at 5:30 p.m. Monday and Wednesday, Zumba at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday and Thursday and Yoga at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday and Thursday.
Daytime options include Yoga at noon on Tuesday and Thursday and Core Training at 8 a.m. Wednesday and Friday.
Participants may attend any of the classes with purchase of a ticket.
A Body Fit class will be offered from 5:15 to 6:15 a.m. Monday through Thursday through March 11 and is not interchangeable with other classes.
Cost for all classes but Body Fit are $80 for the semester or 10 visits for $30. Drop-ins pay $5 per visit. Body Fit class is $100.
All classes are held in Hunt PE Center, Room 200.
