Drug Dealer & Child Sex Offender Among Those Sentenced

Brown and Mills County District Attorney Michael Murray tells Big Country Homepage that several people have been sentenced for pending cases including two we have followed closely here on Big Country Homepage.com.

Roy Ortega pleaded guilty to felony Possession of Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver in a Drug Free Zone. Judge Ellis sentenced Ortega to 15 years in prison.

In another case, David Ortega pleaded No Contest to Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child.  He was sentenced to 15 years in prison as well.
