Investigation for Child Assault at Local Boot Camp

Abilene police are investigating allegations of assaults against children, as young as four years old, by employees at a local boot camp.

According to police, detectives became aware of the alleged assaults within the last week.

The assaults reportedly involve the use of restraining and stun devices.  The Abilene Police Special Victims Unit and Child Protective Services are investigating and hope to interview all the children involved.

Police say that so far, one child has shown injuries consistent with the allegations.

No arrests have been made. Police say the investigation is in the early stages, and that more information will be released at a later time. Big Country Homepage.Com and our news partners will continue to follow this story closely.
