The Wylie Bulldogs picked up another decisive victory over the Big Spring Steers on Friday night.

A quick start by Duane Hopper helped get the Bulldogs out to a big lead early against the Steers. A transition lay-up on a pass from Patrick Walker gave the Bulldogs a 3-0 lead.

A short time later Big Spring couldn't corral the rebound after a missed Mike Lopez shot. Deandre Key of Wylie could get his hands on the ball and found Tyler Hicks down low for the bucket.

Then it was time for more Hopper. With a little give and go, the Bulldogs found Hopper just inside the three-point line for a jump shot. That gave Hopper eight of Wylie's first 13 points.

Hopper would cool down later and finish with 15 points, but the Bulldogs offense would keep pouring it on as they went on to win 77-35.
