An Abilene woman in a car pulled over for a traffic violation is now behind bars for dealing meth.

19-year-old Jessica Lillard was a passenger in a car stopped for making a wide right turn on N. Mockingbird Ln. late Saturday evening, according to a police report.

During a records check, police found the driver and passenger had a criminal history and asked if they could search the car and their persons.

During the investigation, officers found 1.8 grams of meth on Lillard and while she was being arrested, she allegedly told police she did not use the drug anymore because she is pregnant -- but admitted to now selling it.

Lillard is charged with a felony and is being held in the Taylor County Jail on a $10,000 bond.
