Update: Man Convicted of Continuous Sexual Assault of a Child Learns His Fate

Kevin Scott Kellerby, the man convicted of raping an 11-year-old child, has learned his fate.

Kellerby will spend the next 55 years behind bars with no chance of parole and owes a $10,000 fine.

The jury found Kellerby guilty of continuous sexual assault of a child on Wednesday.

He'll be 91-years-old when he's released.

A man who has been in court all week accused of raping an 11-year-old girl has been found guilty of continuous sexual assault of a child.

Kevin Scott Kellerby heard the verdict handed down by a jury just after 3:00 Wednesday.

His victim did testify in court.

The same jury will hear testimony in the punishment phase of the trial Thursday at nine in the morning,

With the charge of continuous sexual assault of a child, he will have to serve at least 25 years in prison.
