Vitamins Not So Good for You?

By: BCHP News Staff
Updated: January 23, 2013

Doctors say there is such a thing as "over nutrition," that can actually cause damage to your body if you overdose on certain vitamins.

Dr. Alley also tells us that some studies have shown that vitamins can actually aggravate certain conditions, such as cancer and hypertension.
