AISD Final Public Hearing on Proposed Elementary Boundary Changes Thursday

Abilene ISD board members are hearing parents' input on school boundary changes for next year.

Thursday night the district will hold a public hearing at Bassetti Elementary. This is the last of the public hgearings that have been taking place at AISD elementary schools over the last two weeks.

The schools affected are Ward, Dyess, Reagan, Jackson and Bassetti.

The board will make a decision on which of its two attendance maps to adopt at its February meeting.

The meeting begins at 6 p.m. and anyone affected by the proposed changes is welcome to attend.
