(KPRC) School officials say they have suspended a Houston, Texas sixth grader who allegedly made a verbal hit list threatening to shoot several fellow students.

The threat allegedly came from a student at Aragon Middle School.

District officials have confirmed they're looking into the allegations.

"He was bragging about the fact that he was going to bring a gun to school and was going to kill several children," said one mother.

District officials said they have begun an investigation and have suspended the boy for now.
