Manly Night Inspires Leadership

It was a manly night at the New Hope Church Saturday evening.

Local men came together in a fellowship with worshiping and some MMA fighting demonstrations. There was also a professional MMA fighter speaking about his personal experiences and why the men of Abilene need to serve as leaders for the community.

"Teach men to take their role in their families, take the leadership role back in their families and in the communities," said Chad Robichaux. "And that they'll take this message and learn how to step up and lead, and not sit back and be passive. Be men who reject being passive in their lives and lead courageously."

Chad will also be speaking at New Hope Church Sunday morning during their Sunday services.
