Planning for College Seminar Helps Students, Parents Prepare

The Hispanic Leadership Council will be hosting its annual Planning for College & Career Seminar on Saturday, February 9 at Holland High School on the campus of Hardin-Simmons University. 

Sessions are open for all parents, seniors, juniors and sophomores. Admission is free and lunch is provided.

Learn more about college admissions, financial aid and scholarship searches. Various college representatives from area colleges and universities will be on hand.

Staff will be on hand to help students and parents navigate the financial aid application (FAFSA) at the end of the program.  Students may also tour HSU.

Participating students will have an opportunity to win door prizes including a laptop.
