The End of Intersection Construction Good News for Drivers, Businesses

By: BCHP News Staff
Updated: February 4, 2013
Some construction in Abilene is finally done, and drivers and some business should be glad.

The intersection of South 7 and Leggett was closed in mid January in order to repave the road.

The interaction caused some frustration for drivers who were being re-routed around.

The construction also caused some issues for local businesses as many drivers chose to use their parking lots as a way to avoid the detour.
