Staff at the Heartland Mall Laidoff

By: BCH Staff
Updated: February 5, 2013
Big Country Homepage staff has learned that the administrative staff at the Heartland Mall in Brownwood has been removed.

We currently do not know the reason behind the changes. Our crew in Brownwood spoke with several people who believe that the mall ownership simply wanted a change in management. However, there is also speculation that the property may have been sold.

Business owners and customers in the mall were asked not to make any comments to the media.

Owners of some of the stores were apparently concerned about the future of the mall itself.

We will have more information as soon as it becomes available.
