Concho Valley Man Arrested in Taylor County for Solicitation of Minor

Taylor County sheriff's officers have arrested a Concho Valley man on charges that he tried to arrange a sexual liaison with a person less than 14-years-old.
32-year-old Carlton Wayne Connaly of Carlsbad, Texas is in jail on charges of on-line solicitation of a minor and with sexual assault of a child.
The second charge was filed in Tom Green County.
His bonds total more than $1 million.
