A man who fought with cops last year in Abilene has been indicted on drug charges.

36 year-old Michael Lerma was arrested in September of last year when police went to a disturbance call.

They found Lerma had an old burglary charge, and when they tried to arrest him he fought with police.

They did find a bottle of meth on him and today a Taylor County Grand Jury indicted him on a charge of possession of methamphetamine.
