McMurry University to Offer Ten Free Personal Training Sessions

The Department of Kinesiology at McMurry University will offer ten free personal training sessions for folks interested in improving physical fitness.

Students in Pug Parris' Exercise Leadership course are seeking volunteers for twice-weekly sessions beginning March 25 and continuing through April 26.

Preferred time for workouts is Tuesday and Thursday 8:00-9:00 a.m., but other times are possible based on mutual scheduling with trainers and clients.

To be considered for these free services, interested parties of all ages need to complete an application and medical history forms.
