Abilene School Board to Consider Boundary Changes Monday

The Abilene ISD School Board will consider approval of the proposed 2013 elementary school boundary updates at a meeting held Monday, February 11 at 5:30 p.m.

The boumndatu updates would affect a total of five schools--Dyess, Jackson, Reagan, Ward and  Basetti--and roughly 500 students.

The changes were presented to parents of affected students during four public hearings that took place dueing the end of January.

The changes were proposed to alleviate overcrowding.
