Thief Wears Stolen Glasses, Identified by Victims

Ever heard the expression, "your eyes give you away?" Well, in one Abilene burglary case it was true.

Joe Angel Olvera was arrested Monday on a burglary warrant after a women reported that someone she new kicked in her door.

He took an XBOX, a tablet and her husband's eye glasses.

She told police who she thought it was that broke into her home and, when police called him into the police station to talk to them, Olvera was wearing the stolen glasses.

Police took a picture of him with the stolen glasses on and sent the picture to the victims who were then able to identify the eye glasses.

Olvera is in jail on a $20,000 bond.
