The high school recruiting website, Rivals.com, released the newest list of the  top 250 high school football recruits in the nation, and Cooper quarterback Lorenzo Joe is mentioned on that list.

Joe is #206 and is a 4-star recruit according to the website.

The Cooper athlete committed to the University of Texas before the 2012 season started, and he is projected to play receiver for the Horns.

That could change though.

On the weekend of February 9-10, Joe took a few snaps at quarterback at the Texas junior camp, so he may get a s shot to play under center once he gets to Austin.
