Convicted Child Molester Back in Court Thursday

The convicted child molester whose parents are being sued by his victim's mother was in court Thursday.
Kevin Scott Kellerby is serving a 55 year sentence on a continuous sexual assault of a child charge. Thursday he was in court because his attorney filed a motion to withdrawal from his case so that he could have a new lawyer for his appeal process.
Meanwhile, Kellerby and his parent are being sued by his victim's mother who says when her 11-year-old daughter went to Kellerby's mother to tell her what Kellerby was doing to her, she did nothing to stop the abuse.
They are being sued for past and present medical bills and mental anguish.
