McMurry Wind Ensemble Free Concert Monday, March 4

The McMurry University Wind Ensemble will perform a free concert titled "Around the World in 80 Minutes" at 7:30 p.m. Monday, March 4, at Aldersgate United Methodist Church.

The concert is free and open to the public.

Performance pieces include Prelude to a Shining Day by Yo Goto, Variations on a Korean Folk Song by John Barnes Chance, Carnival of Venice by Herbert L. Clarke (Dr. Mark Wilcox, guest trumpet soloist), Courtly Airs and Dances by Ron Nelson, Australian Up-Country Tune by Percy Grainger, and Great Gate of Kiev by Modest Mussorgsky.
