With the upcoming production of Monty Python's Spamalot coming up, we decided to search the Big Country for the best spam recipe.
One recipe came out on top. Congrats to Amanda Gifford. Her recipe for Spam Salad was a delicious twist on the canned meat.
She stopped by the show to talk about what inspired this recipe, as well as get her tickets to see Spamalot.
2 cans Hickory Smoked Spam, cubed
1/2 cup mayo
2 tablespoons mustard
1/2 cup chopped pickles
1/2 cup chopped red onion
1 teaspoon fresh or dried dill
