Cooper Baseball Tames Wylie

By the bottom of the sixth inning the Cougars had already established a nice sized lead over the Bulldogs. At the same time Wylie was still within striking distance at the time.
Then Cooper busted out the bats in the bottom of the sixth, by adding three more runs. That included when Brennan Taylor crossed the plate on an errant throw after a Wylie infielder tried to throw him out at home.
In the top of the seventh, the Cougars were able to end the game on a ground ball by Cole Townsend that ended in a double play.
That secured the 12-5 win for the Cougars.
