breaking news
A wet Wednesday is in store for the Big Country and the
Heartland this afternoon. The showers
will be scattered in nature and will come in waves throughout the day. Thunderstorms are likely, especially by
Wednesday night. Some of the storms
could be on the strong to severe side, with large hail and damaging winds being
the main threats. Best chance for
severe weather will be south of I-20.
Behind the front we will gradually begin to clear Thursday morning, with
partly cloudy skies expected by the afternoon.
Highs tomorrow will be seasonable with temperatures into the 60's. Winds will pick up speed both today and
tomorrow, with gusts up to 35 mph.
Friday will be a chilly one with highs in the lower 50's. Good news though we'll warm up just in time
for the weekend.
