Local High Schooler has Chance to Perform at Outlaws and Legends

A local high school student has a chance to be chosen to perform in the 3rd Annual Outlaws and Legends music fest.

14-year-old Morgan Reatherford of Merkel has been chosen as the Abilene area finalist in a state-wide competition to determine the opening act of the annual music festival.

Morgan will be competing for the spot against performers from Lubbock and Midland.

Voting for the winner of the competition will take place during the Ben Richey Boys Ranch telethon airing March 7 on KTAB.
