A line of storms began forming in eastern New Mexico late Wednesday night around 7:30pm.  That line is expected to push through the Big Country between 11pm and 4am.  After that, gusty west wind will howl at 25 to 35mph, and the wildfire danger will increase.  Thursday night, cold air will move in and temperatures by Friday morning will be around 27 degrees.  Highs Thursday near the mid 60's followed by mid 50's on Friday.  This weekend, into the middle of next week, will be dry.  Temperatures this weekend will be near 70 both days.
