Mention the name Roger Todd Moore and chances are people know who he is. Not only does he run the Merkel Chamber of Commerce, he is also a part-time farmer, advertiser and cartoonist. His cartoons are seen in a number of Texas newspapers and are featured in his very own Texas calendar.
