A step in the door of Merkel's area historic museum and you know this
isn't a run of the mill museum. Collections of artifacts from a number
of historic events, from military memorabilia to Native American
arrowheads, line the displays of the 13,000 square foot buildng. Museum
director, Larry Gill is an expert on every bit of history and is willing
to share to anyone who wants to learn about Merkel history. KTAB 4u's
Matthew Torres paid a visit to the museum and got a sneak peek into the
interesting history of the Windmill city.
