Dancing for fitness is a fun alternative to working out and the YMCA knows all about making fitness fun. The YMCA trainers stopped by the KTAB 4u studio to tell us all about their dance and Zumba programs. Not only will the trainers motivate you with their great personalities, they also have great fitness transformation stories. Each trainer has lost a substantial amount of weight and changed their lives for the better.
