Reminder: City Seeks Input for CDBG and HOME Programs

Public Notice: The City of Abilene Office of Neighborhood Services (ONS) will hold an Advisory Council meeting and public hearing on Wednesday, March 6, 2013 at 3 p.m. in the Emergency Operation Center located in the basement of City Hall, at 555 Walnut St.

The ONS is currently developing the Program Year 2013/2014 Action Plan for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and Home Investment Partnerships Grant (HOME) programs.

Input from the public hearing will be used to formulate recommendations to the City Council regarding the overall CDBG and HOME Budget for the Program Year 2013/2014 Action Plan.

In compliance with the American with Disabilities Act, the City of Abilene will provide for reasonable accommodations for persons attending the public hearing. To better serve you, requests should be made 48 hours prior to the meeting by calling 325-437-4576.
