Clouds are rolling into the Big Country this
morning and will continue to slide eastward as the day progresses. Even with partly cloudy skies in place,
highs this afternoon will be seasonable for this time of year, reaching the
lower 60's. Wind speeds will be much
lighter today, coming out of the south at a good 5 to 15 mph. We'll stay partly cloudy tonight, and
temperatures will be in the upper 30's.
The 70's return on Thursday with partly cloudy skies. Friday will be overcast, with a few stray
light rain showers throughout the day.
A strong area of low pressure moves into the region this weekend, giving
us the chance for beneficial rain primarily Saturday night into Sunday morning. Behind the front temperatures will be in the
60's with lots of sunshine.
