One of the suspects who robbed four Abilene stores in two hours was supposed to be in court Wednesday.

21-year-old Eric Pack was scheduled for a plea deal, however, Pack chose to get a new attorney, therefore, a new court date will be scheduled.

Pack was offered the same deal as Paul Michael Valadez who received 10 years in exchange for a guilty plea.

A third accomplice, 19-year-old Anthony Daniel Carrillo, is scheduled to be in court Thursday.

The men would allegedly rob store clerks and customers at gun point.

A break in the case came when a police officer saw Pack sleeping in the truck used in the robberies.
