breaking news
A ridge of warm, dry air is sliding eastward and
will continue to bring us the sunshine and warm temperatures in the Big Country
for the next 48 hours. Highs this
afternoon will range from the upper 70's to the lower 80's. Wind speeds will be up there, with gusts up
to 35 miles per hour in the Key City.
Overnight lows will be quite mild with temperatures falling into the mid
50's. Clear skies are expected tomorrow
with highs in the mid to upper 80's.
Our warm up will reach its peak on Saturday, all in advance of our next
cold front, which will arrive Saturday night.
Sunday will be a little bit cooler, with highs in the upper 60's and
lower 70's. This weekend will be windy too. More cloud cover is forecasted next
week.
