Headlined by country legend, Merle Haggard and the Randy Rogers Band, the fest starts with a acoustic session on Friday evening. The concerts kick off on Saturday morning and last all day.
The event will benefit the Ben Richey Boys Ranch. Tickets are 45 dollars ahead of time and 65 dollars at the gate. More information can be found at outlawsandlegends.com.
Performer and organizer, Mark Powell stopped by the KTAB 4u studio to tell us all about this year's festivities.
