A much cooler start this morning and increasing cloud cover throughout the day will keep it feeling cooler. However, thanks to winds starting out from the south, we should return to the low 70's today.

Heading into this evening, showers are going to begin to develop along a cold front line off to the south and east and overnight the best chances to see some measurable rain will be off in the Brownwood and Coleman area.

Tomorrow by sunrise we should begin to dry out and should be back to sunny skies with temperatures winding up a few degrees cooler thanks to the passing of the cold front, only right around 70.

Thursday we will be warming up back to the 80 degree mark, but with some instability in the atmosphere we could see a chance of a storm at any point.

This trend of uncertainty will continue through the start of the weekend as well as a cooling trend in the temperatures.

By the end of the weekend, clear skies should prevail along with temperatures below average only topping out in the 60's.
