TSTC New Online Program

By: Sam Nichols
Updated: November 11, 2008

In an effort to accommodate their student's busy lives, Texas State Technical College in Abilene is implementing a 100% online program. This pilot program is offered through the Information and Technology Division of TSTC.

Many of the students are excited about this new educational concept, and believe it will really benefit them. The concept for this unique program grew out of practical concerns for student's busy schedules. It should also benefit TSTC students who have to drive to the campus from surrounding towns.

Registration for the online program begins Monday at TSTC, and continues through January 8th. Classes start in the 2009 Spring semester. For more information, contact Trish Haigood at TSTC at 325-235-7374.
