Rebranding Petition (3:59pm)

One Abilene man has set up a petition on-line to prove that Abilene residents are not happy with the re-branding of Abilene.
The petition is to cease and halt any tax payer money that could go into the rebranding until Abilene resident's voices are heard.
The petition is on-line until December 15th.
