Sanders, a third-down receiver for Pittsburgh, left the game with a foot injury and is questionable to return.
Driver left with an ankle injury, limping into the tunnel in the second quarter, after his legs were caught up underneath his body as he was tackled by Pittsburgh linebackers James Farrior and James Harrison.
He went to the locker room for X-rays, which were negative, but his return is also questionable.
Green Bay cornerbacks Charles Woodson and Sam Shields both went to the locker room for shoulder exams in the first half.
