"THE BUZZ" 6:00

Friday's concert will feature eight bands, all with a different sound. A local band, "Ballroom Ballroom", s ays their music is more indy rock, while some of the other bands will be more country pop and hard rock. But Friday's concert isn't just about playing music, it gives the bands a chance to connect with their audience and share their beliefs. Brett Callaway of "Close Your Eyes" says his band will use Friday's concert as a witness opportunity. "We can reach kids who would never step inside a church and we can just love on them and give them a reason to hope." Callaway warns that the concert will be drug, alcohol and conflict free, and they intend to keep it that way, "we'll escort someone out of the concert if we have to". The concert will be at Cobb Park's activities center and doors will open at 5:30.
