New Fields at HSU

By: Laura Kellerman
Updated: December 16, 2008
Hardin-Simmons University is finalizing plans to build a new intramural field on campus.
The field is expected to cost $500 thousand dollars, plus an additional $60 thousand for the field building.

The university wants to relocate a maintenance facility in order to build the fields, but first the city council has to rezone land in order for that part of the project to go ahead.

The project is scheduled for completion in August 2009.
