Residents living in the view-caps area, near Dyess have been working with city officials to make changes to an existing airport ordinance that affects what homeowners can or cannot do to their property. Residents have asked the city to temporarily suspend for a one-hundred-and-twenty-day period to work together to make adjustments to the current restrictions. The final reading of the ordinance will take place on Thursday at the city council meeting.
