Yesterday, at about 4:30 P.M., Officer Gates was dispatched to a disturbance call in the 1600 block of Roosevelt. The victims stated a family member had assaulted them and also threw a brick through a car window. No serious injuries were reported. The suspect, a 20 year old Hispanic male, was arrested for Assault/Family Violence.
Later, at about 9:29 P.M., Officer Villarreal was dispatched to a disturbance call in the 1000 block of Judge Ely. The victim stated a family member had pushed her into a wall during an argument. The suspect, a 35 year old white male, was arrested for Assault/Family Violence.
Finally, at about 11:40 P.M., Officer Hogue was at North 2nd and Burger when he saw a 29 year old white male stumbling down the street. The subject stumbled into a telephone pole, then stumbled across a busy street. The subject was very intoxicated and an obvious danger to himself and was arrested for Public Intoxication.
