 Over the weekend, Officer Guitar was dispatched to a vehicle accident call in the 5600 block of Castle. The driver, a 29 year old white female, had driven over a fire hydrant. The driver was very intoxicated and was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated With An Accident.

Officer Bond stopped a vehicle in the 700 block of Grand. The driver, a 23 year old black male, ran on foot from the traffic stop but was caught a short distance away. The driver was arrested for an outstanding parole violation warrant and Evading Arrest.

Finally, Officer Davis was dispatched to a theft call in the 2400 block of South 1st. Officer Davis contacted a 17 year old white male who had taken approximately $5 worth of merchandise without paying for it. The suspect also caused a disturbance with store employees. The suspect was arrested for Theft and Disorderly Conduct.
