In and Out Robberies(10:00PM)

"It's a frightening experience," says Rosa Gonzalez, who is still a bit shaken after being robbed while closing shop at Gibson Motors last friday. She says it all happened pretty quick.

"Five seconds...It was really quick, I guess he was looking to see if there was anyone else here."

She says she was closing up at the end of the day when two men were hanging around looking at cars on the lot, doing her job, she offered her help. Then one of the men asked to use the restroom, and that's when she says everything changed. "He knew that I had money because they had been watching me."

Detective Ford, of the Abilene Police, says it's alarming how many robbery cases are coming across his desk. "We're concerned due to the high number of robberies that has occured. We're also concerned about the fact that the suspect in most of these robberies were armed with handguns."

Even more alarming is how quick they're happening. In a file video, we see a robbery occur within second, and with the time being so quick, Ford encourages everyone to be more alert. Something Rosa Gonzalez learned from experience. "[I'm] going to be more cautious as to how we do our closing procedures."
